Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom orders or bulk purchases may require additional processing time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location:
- Domestic (USA): 3-7 business days
Please note that unexpected delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume may occur.
Tracking Your Order (Optional for Some Shipping Methods)
- Most orders include tracking, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
- For certain shipping options (e.g., USPS First-Class Mail), tracking may not be available. If you select a non-tracked shipping option, we cannot provide real-time shipment updates.
International Shipping (By Request Only)
We do not currently support international shipping by default. However, if you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please reach out to us at shop@lilrobo.xyz to discuss exceptions.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility. If you experience a shipping issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number (if applicable).
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
